Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Dream Vacation Holidays, we understand that plans can change. We aim to provide a hassle-free cancellation and refund process for our customers. Please review the following policy:
Cancellation
- You may cancel your tour booking with Dream Vacation Holidays up to 7 days before the scheduled start date of the tour without incurring any cancellation fees. And the cancellation will be processed in 15 Working days
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the tour start date may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be communicated to you at the time of cancellation.
- To cancel your booking, please contact our customer service team at least 7 days before the tour start date. Cancellations made via email or phone will be accepted.
Refund
- Once your cancellation is approved, we will initiate the refund process immediately.
- Refunds will be processed within 15 calendar days from the date of cancellation approval.
- The refunded amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
